Article 1: Eligibility of Membership - This auction site is only available to people who are legally able to form binding contracts with you and the seller/buyer of an auction item. People who are under the age of 18 are not eligible for membership due to state laws concerning the age of majority. If you do not meet these requirements, you are not eligible to use these auction services.

Article 2: About Our Services - This auction site is only provides venue to people interested in selling & buying merchandise/and or services via an Internet auction. We do not have control over the items that are posted in the auction site, and cannot guarantee the authenticity and quality of a said product. We are not responsible for the actions the sellers placed on our web site including typographical errors, misprints, loss of merchandise/money,  loss due to fraud, damage or failure of equipment. Use of this site is at your own risk and content is presented 'As-Is'.

Article 3a: Bidding and Selling - As a user, you may bid and/or sell merchandise using our auction services.

Article 3b: As A Bidder - you should know that when you place a bid, you are entering into a binding contract between yourself and the seller, and your bid should not be canceled unless an error has occurred on the part of the seller.  For instance, if the seller made an error in the auction listing or if the item the seller is auctioning is no longer available for sale. Usually, when either of these occur, the seller will cancel all bidder bids on their listing and end the auction early.  Otherwise, once you place a bid, and you are the winning bidder of that auction, you will be obligated to buy the item at the final winning bid price. Winning an auction and not paying is illegal in most states and may result in legal action.  It also violates our site's policies.

Article 3c: As A Seller - the item that you place up for auction must be available.  Once a bid has been placed for your item, you are entering into a binding contract with the potential buyer of the product.  Once the auction has ended, providing the reserve price is met (if any), you are obligated to sell to the buyer at the final bid price of the auction.  If your reserve price is not met, you are not obligated in any way to sell the item.  As a seller, you are not legally permitted to bid on your own items. This process is referred to as "Shill Bidding".   If you do this, your auction will be deleted and you will be refunded any listing fees for the auction deleted and your account will be suspended without further notice.  Any account balance fees owed on your account will become due immediately.

Article 4: Posting Items - As a member, you are welcome to post unlimited auctions using our services. However, we do have restrictions on what items can be sold on our website. We do not allow the sell of illegal merchandise of any kind, including pirated software, music or anything that is affiliated with violence. We also do not allow the sell of pornographic material as well as adult-related material such as adult websites, videos, etc. All auction listings are subject for review by our staff. Any item that violates our user policy, will be removed without notice and all listing fees (if any) will be refunded.

Article 6: Privacy - We gather your personal information so that other people will have it on hand when they win an auction you posted or vice versa. Your personal information will never be sold or rented without your written permission. Personal information sent to a user regarding a product bought or sold on using our auction services should not be used for any other purpose, except for communication regarding an auction.

Article 7: Warranty - This website on an 'as-is' condition, that is without a warranty or condition. We are in no way liable for any damages resulting from the use of our auction services, or your visit to the site.
