Why are the image(s) in my auction listing are not showing up?
Sometimes pictures do not upload correctly. This is usually to do with the file type of the picture, or the size being too large. Pictures must be JPEG format, and less than 300 kb, otherwise they may not display correctly, or not at all. If your pictures are not displaying, you will most likely have to modify your picture to be a smaller size and then try uploading again.
Another reason why pictures do not upload correctly is if the picture is formatted in the wrong palette. RGB (Red - Green - Blue) and CMYK (Cyan - Magenta - Yellow - Key) are two different palettes used for images. Our image resize software does not convert the CMKY palette, so pictures must be RGB. When an image is created in photoshop for example, you can choose it's palette. Most images are RGB, but there are some big images that are CMYK. CMYK can be converted into RGB with an image manipulation tool such as photoshop.

My item sold. How do I send an invoice and track the status?
To track sales and send invoices, click the selling button in the members area. Scroll down to the sold items section and click the "view details" button. You will now see all your sales and buyers contact info. New sales will have a "send invoice" button available. Click that button and it will automatically send you to the invoice details page, where you enter all the shipping and payment info. Click the send invoice button and it will send an invoice to that customer.
If you go back to the sold items section and click the "view details" button, you will now see that the user that you just sent an invoice to will display "invoiced". When you receive payment for that item, you can choose "paid" from the drop down menu and click the update button. This will save the status of that auction. Then when you ship the item, you can change the status to "shipped". This way you can see the status of all sold item on that page.
The invoicing feature will automatically include all items that a user purchases on one invoice , as long as none show invoiced. So if you have already invoiced a customer for an item, then they buy another item. You can combine these items by changing the status of the item(s) already invoiced. Do this by choosing "not invoiced" from the drop down menu of that item, then click the update button. Now when you send an invoice to that customer all items showing "not invoiced" will be included on that invoice.

Duplicate Listings
A copyright is the legal protection given to original works of authorship, including books, paintings, photos, music, video, software, and so forth. Copyright protection attaches to a work the moment it is fixed in tangible form (on paper, on video, and so forth) and prevents others from exploiting the work without permission.
Reports of copyright infringement will lead to us contacting the seller with information provided to us. If we are furnished proof or have reason to believe the seller is actually selling illegally reproduced products, we will end auctions and possibly take disciplinary action. Continued problems with a seller can lead to account termination and reports to law enforcement.
